Custom plan

Tell us the workload. We’ll tell you if Crux fits.

The public Scale tier covers up to 500,000 MAU. Use this form when your game is larger, you need different limits, or support/commercial terms need to be agreed with your team.

Useful context, not a procurement questionnaire.

Work email is the only required field. MAU, CCU and regions help us answer with a concrete capacity shape instead of making you repeat the calculator.

  • No credit card and no automatic Custom checkout.
  • If Scale already fits, you can stay self-serve.
  • Your request goes to the same Supercraft team that operates Crux.
